Where is my confirmation order?
Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. Please check your spam, junk mail, or Promotions folder if the confirmation is not in your inbox. If you accidentally entered your email address incorrectly at checkout, please email us at curlperfection2022@gmail.com so we can update your contact information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed within 24 hours of being placed. Please email us at curlperfection2022@gmail.com with your order number or forward us your order confirmation and indicate what you would like us to change.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to get my order?
Our processing time is 3-5 business days.
Shipping transit time is based on your location.
Once CurlPerfection has handed your order off to a courier or delivery service, we do not have any further information regarding delivery times than what is shown on your tracking page.
Approximate shipping timelines (not guaranteed):
Eastern Canada: 1-3 business days
Western Canada: 4-12 business days
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us so that we can start an investigation with the shipping company.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping costs are determined by your order weight, dimensions, and your location. All shipping costs shown at checkout are real-time, calculated rates and are the amounts we are charged to ship your order. CurlPerfection does not make money on shipping your items.
How do I track my order?
Please check your inbox (and spam and junk folders if necessary) for your shipping confirmation email. This contains a link to the tracking information for your shipment.
Payments
Is my payment data safe with you?
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa and MasterCard.
CurlPerfection staff do not have access to your payment information. The payment processor takes the payment and passes it on to us.
What form of payments do you take?
For online purchases, we accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard.
In salon, we only except cash or e-transfer. This ensures more of your money is spent on things like staff salaries, rent, and more amazing inventory, and less is paid out in debit and credit card transaction fees.
We are unable to take payment over the phone for any purchases.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return or exchange policy?
All purchases are final sale. We do not except returns or offer refunds or store credit.
