At CurlPerfection we pride ourselves on always keeping your curls integrity number one priority. Prior to any Colour Service we require a consultation appointment. During the consultation we will discuss your colour goals and give a quote on your service. There will be a $50 deposit which will go towards your colour appointment.

We understand booking  a service with a new Hairstylist can make you nervous. We do a complete full consultation with every haircut and style service at the beginning of your appointment. If you still desire a consultation prior to your service appointment we charge a $25 service fee.

Late Arrivals

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late it may result in your service being rescheduled. The cost of your appointment must be settled in full to confirm a future appointment. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

At CurlPerfection, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less within 48 hours notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the service fee. No future appointments will be confirmed until payment is settle. Want to find out more? No Show

We understand sometimes we forget about appointments. When we haven't heard from you by 10 mins after your scheduled appointment time we will reach out to you. If we are unable to make contact, we will cancel your appointment and there will be a $100 fee and we cannot guarantee we will be able to book you in.

Cash or E-Transfer are the only accepted payment methods. Payment is required immediately after your service is completed.
