Effective immediately, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost will be required upon booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the final cost of your services on the day of your appointment.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of any changes or cancellations made to your appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible. However, any changes must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

Once appointment is booked you will receive a text message with deposit payment instructions. We will hold your appointment for 24hrs, if deposit is not received your appointment will be cancelled. We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know, if we miss your call please leave a detailed voicemail. If you are more than 15 minutes late it may result in your service being rescheduled. You will forfeit your deposit and will owe the remaining 50% of your service cost to rebook . If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

When you reschedule your appointment prior to 48 hours your deposit will be held for your new appointment time. If you inform us within 48 hours or less, you will forfeit your deposit. We understand sometimes we forget about appointments. When we haven't heard from you by 10 mins after your scheduled appointment time we will reach out to you. If we are unable to make contact, we will cancel your appointment and you will forfeit your deposit and will owe the remaining 50% of your service cost to rebook and we cannot guarantee we will be able to book you in.
